1. Services

Marshall Window Cleaning Ltd. provides window cleaning and exterior cleaning services as described on our website and in quotes provided to customers.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on access, condition, and any additional requirements identified during the service.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Access and Safety

Customers must ensure safe access to the areas to be cleaned. We reserve the right to decline work if we believe it cannot be carried out safely or if access is inadequate.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed. For regular customers, we offer Direct Debit payment which is collected automatically after each service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any aspect of our work, please let us know within 24 hours and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

7. Insurance

We carry £5 million public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our work, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the matter.

8. Weather Conditions

Window cleaning may need to be rescheduled in severe weather conditions. We will contact you to arrange an alternative date if this occurs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty seals, or issues not caused by our work.
