As a family run business, we pride ourselves on our customer service. We’ve recognised from over the years of cleaning windows that being reliable, respectful and friendly is key when wanting to build trust, good communication and peace of mind for our customers.
We recognise that even though cleaning glass is not the most skilful job on the planet. If not done properly the results are obvious.
That’s why we take special measures to not only train all our staff to be efficient, careful and professional but also to develop a work effort that results in attention to detail, care for customer property and a friendly smile.

Ellis. Marshall
Founder & Company Director
Ellis founded Marshall Window Cleaning over 10 years ago with just a van, a ladder, and a determination to do things properly. Since then, he’s built a trusted and growing business known for reliability, friendliness, and quality results. Ellis takes real satisfaction in seeing the difference a proper clean can make – whether it’s gleaming windows or a freshly pressure-washed driveway.
Outside of work, Ellis enjoys family life with his young daughter Ava and her little brother Luca, who both keep him on his toes.
Max. Marshall
Exterior Cleaning Technician
Max began helping with the work as soon as he was able, eager to prove his worth and become part of the family business. Since joining the team, he’s become a valuable asset, known for his keen attention to detail and strong work ethic. Max takes pride in delivering high standards on every job and is committed to upholding the reputation the company has built over the years.
In his free time, Max enjoys a wide range of outdoor sports, including skiing—particularly monoboarding—as well as skateboarding.
Jack. Marshall
Trainee Exterior Cleaning Technician
Jack is the newest member of the team, and although he’s Max’s younger brother, he’s already showing the same drive and enthusiasm to get stuck in. Eager to learn the trade, Jack regularly joins the rounds to gain hands-on experience and develop his skills. Already taller than Max, he’s clearly aiming high—ready to take on new heights within the family business.
Outside of work, Jack has a real love for the outdoors and nature. His biggest hobbies include spearfishing and kite surfing, where his adventurous spirit really shines through.
Isaac. Marshall
Exterior Cleaning Specialist
With over five years of experience in the trade, Isaac is already a master in the exterior cleaning industry. Known for his friendly nature and great sense of humour, he brings both skill and good energy to every job. A solid grafter through and through, Isaac’s loyalty and dedication set him apart—especially when you consider he’s still a Manchester United supporter!
Recently married and enjoying the early days of family life, Isaac balances hard work with plenty of laughs. In his free time, he’s often found on the slopes snowboarding or watching the football.

Do I need to be at home for you to clean my windows?
How often can I get my windows cleaned?
Normally cleans are made every 1, 2 or 3 months for domestic work and 1,2,4,8 or 12 weeks for commercial work. Although we would be happy to discuss any other requirements or schedules.
Do you clean the frames and sills?
Yes, although not all window cleaners do, we believe that the frames & sills are as important as the windows and thus strive to give the entire window frame a good and thorough wash.
What is Pure Water & why is it better?
