GoCardless is a secure Direct Debit service. You set it up once, and then payment is automatically collected a few days after each clean. You'll receive an email notification before each payment. You can cancel at any time.
Yes, GoCardless is one of the UK's leading payment providers, trusted by thousands of businesses. They're authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Yes, we accept bank transfers (BACS). Our bank details will be included on your invoice. Please use your invoice number as the payment reference.
Yes, we accept cash payment. Just let us know when booking that you'd prefer to pay cash, and you can pay our team when they complete the work.
For one-off cleans, payment is due on completion. For regular customers on Direct Debit, payment is collected automatically a few days after each clean. For invoice customers, payment is typically due within 14 days.
